United Nations

The United Nations is the primary governmental entity in the Heliosphere. With the library economy that has replaced capitalism over the centuries, they help support individuals and cultural groups both, ensuring that all are provided what is needed to live a fulfilling life, whether that is the basic amenities, access to luxuries beyond, or security and aid.

You will interact with the UN primarily via the Procurement Division, which aids in the procurement and delivery of harder to get materials (or simply larger amounts of easier to get ones). In such cases, you will primarily use resource allocation credits, or RACs, which allow for the distribution of these resources to be balanced given the necessary limitations of a subluminal society.

In emergencies, you may also interact with the various forms of the UN's emergency services, whether that be search and rescue, the Peacekeepers, or the emergency security forces, IRIS.
